Effective 16 September 2026. Simple, honest terms for a puzzle game.

These terms govern your use of the Tilo: Daily Brain Puzzles mobile applications (Android and iOS), published by MB Tacet Universum (“we”), V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania.

1. Using Tilo

Tilo is a free puzzle game intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All visual designs, game code, logos, and trademarks related to Tilo are owned by MB Tacet Universum. The word list is based on the public domain ENABLE lexicon. Dictionary definitions are fetched from public dictionary sources.

3. Online Multiplayer & Conduct

When participating in online multiplayer modes (Live Duel, Battle Royale), you agree to compete fairly. Exploiting bugs, automating guesses with bots, attempting to extract hidden puzzle seeds, or tampering with live match networking protocols is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access to online services.

4. Cloud Services and Saves

Cloud saves are handled via platform services (Google Play Games Services on Android, Apple Game Center on iOS). Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s or Apple’s respective terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tilo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we do our best to maintain accurate dictionaries, real-time match servers, and puzzle generation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

6. Termination & Changes

We may update the game or these terms occasionally. Continued use of the game following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
